The food was good. I did a pickup order so the fries were cold. Everything tasted good. Prices were excellent. I will definitely be going back. It was great. The chilli was delicious
If you want great home cooked food, this is a terrific place. Do yourself a favor and bypass the Bojangles and McDonalds right across the street and come to Better Burger. I got the classic double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and small fries. Delicious! My husband had the pork loin biscuit. These are the original "cat head" biscuits my dad used to make. And they have three styles of breakfast potatoes. Family run with kind words and sweet smiles!!!
This restaurant is under New Management has a new owner than what it did in the years past. They had a few hiccups at first but now they're doing really really good and the food is great I love the breakfast one of the few places you can get sunny side up eggs.
Fantastic cheeseburger (all the way) and hotdog (all the way), fries and wedges were really good too. Fast service and super friendly. Overall a great experience!
Since new ownership I have seen a big change in the food and atmosphere. Fresh food that is delicious. And their ice cream is amazing

Yes, I would recommend the Better Burger. It's a long time business w/ local owners. Love the Jeff's Burger w/ Cheddar cheese, & their Whitney Burger w/ Velveeta cheese, made w/ fresh ground beef daily & they make the patty as you order. Love their Fried Chicken Strip sandwiches.
I've been a customer of Better Burger for 50 years, good North Carolina hot dogs are a favorite and they have many delicious sandwiches available. And another favorite is their ice cream.
I have never found a better hot dog. Better Burger has survived any restaurants that come along which proves it has the best food.
